Parts & Online Orders
Are all parts genuine LG components?
Yes — every part is a genuine LG OEM component, sourced through LG Australia's authorised distribution network. We do not stock aftermarket or third-party alternatives.
How long does shipping take?
Brisbane Metro 1–2 days, QLD Regional 2–4 days, Interstate Express 2–3 days. Orders before 2pm AEST dispatch same-day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping on orders over $99 AUD within Australia. Under $99 is $9.95 standard or $14.95 Express.
What is the warranty on parts?
All genuine LG parts carry a 12-month warranty against defects. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition.
Can I return a part if I ordered the wrong one?
Yes — unused, unopened parts within 30 days for refund or exchange. Change-of-mind return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Repair Service
How much does a repair callout cost?
Standard callout is $99 + GST, including travel and up to 30 minutes of on-site diagnostics. Pensioner concessions available.
Will I be charged a second callout fee if parts need ordering?
No. We waive the second callout fee when returning to fit ordered parts.
What is the warranty on repair work?
12 months on parts and 90 days workmanship on labour. In addition to ACL rights.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
4 hours' notice, please. Late cancellations may incur a $30 fee.

WARRANTY POLICY

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
1. Parts — 12-Month Warranty
All genuine LG parts sold through our store carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Covers defects in materials or workmanship; does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear.
2. Repair Labour — 90-Day Workmanship Warranty
All repair work is covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same fault recurs we'll return at no charge.
3. Parts Installed During a Repair
Carry the same 12-month parts warranty. We re-install at no labour cost where a manufacturing defect is found.
4. Consumer Guarantees Beyond Our Warranty
ACL consumer guarantees have no fixed time limit and may extend beyond our 12-month period. Contact us at any time.
